Job Description
To undertake the preparation of meals, accommodation and upkeep of the Guest House for employees at Kalonje Pump Station in order to ensure the services are of acceptable standards
Key Responsibilities
- Meals and Accommodation - Undertakes timely the provision of meals and accommodation to guests staying at the Guest House in order to ensure smooth operations
- Records- Undertakes effectively maintenance of records of guests in order to facilitate replenishment and costing of food stuff and requisites
- Upkeep-Maintains effectively the cleaning of Guest House utensils and beddings in order to ensure provision of acceptable service
- Food stock- Undertakes effectively to maintain ideal stocking levels of food stuff and requisites in order to ensure timely replenishment
Minimum Qualifications
- Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
- Certificate in catering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy
- Confidentiality
- Able to write basic reports
- Good oral and written skills.
Minimum Experience Required
- Minimum one (1) year working experience
