To undertake the procurement of goods, works and services in order to meet end user needs and ensure safe delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement: Undertakes timely data collection and compilation in order to facilitate effective planning and procurement of goods, works, and services and ensure achievement of value for money and availability.
Reporting: Undertakes timely the provision of procurement information in order to facilitate reporting on procurement of goods, works, and services.
Contract Management: Undertakes effective record keeping of Supply Contract Management information in order to ensure timely retrieval and facilitate delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
Minimum Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
Member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
Preferred Qualifications
Computer literate,
Able to write technical and analytical reports,
Team working skills and
Excellent Oral and Leadership skills.
Minimum Experience Required
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
