To undertake the cleaning and maintenance of the designated areas to the required standard in accordance with set work schedules in order to ensure hygiene and a safe working environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning: Undertakes effectively the cleaning of designated areas in order to ensure safe and hygiene working environment.
Mail and Documents: Undertakes timely sorting and delivery of mail including effective maintenance of the register while performing other duties such as photocopying and binding documents in order to ensure safe keeping of records.
Utensils/Equipment: Undertakes effectively the cleaning, correct storing of utensils and equipment and maintained in a safe condition of designated areas in order to ensure high standard of hygiene.
Refuse: Undertakes timely the collection and bagging up all refuse in order to ensure delivery to the collection points or bin areas.
Replenishment: Undertakes timely the replenishment of all rest rooms requisites e.g. hand towels, toilet rolls, rubbish sacks in order to ensure toilets do not run out of requisites.
