Key Responsibilities
Payroll: Undertakes timely Processing and reconciliation of payroll in order to Facilitate payment of salaries and comply with statutes/conditions of employment.
Staff benefits: Undertakes timely computation of gratuity and retirement benefits in order to provide accurate employees benefits.
Statutory payments: Undertakes timely initiation of Statutory payments in order to meet statutory obligations
Tax accounting: Undertakes timely PAYE accounting and returns and well as consolidates VAT returns in order to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines
Payments & Invoices: Undertakes effectively the initiation of payments and invoicing in accordance with the Company systems and procedures in order to client obligations.
Accounting Records: Undertake effectively and timely the preparation and storage of accounting records in order to facilitate their retrieval.
