Job Description
To undertake the provision of security services to company property and installations in order to safeguard Company infrastructure and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Policies and Procedures: Undertakes effectively implementation of Company security policies and procedures in order to support company objectives
- Investigations:Undertakes investigations of all incidents including theft in order to establish the facts and recommend appropriate action to management
- Shift Duties: Supervises and undertakes effectively the shift duties in order to make sure security personnel on duty are alert at all times
- Orientation/Drills:Undertakes timely the conducting of comprehensive security education and drills among the security personnel in order to equip them with acquainted to systems and fit at all times
- Inspections of Installations: Undertakes timely the systematic inspections of Company installations in order to mitigate risk and safeguard asset
- Leak site recovered product: Supervises and undertakes effectively the securing of product recovered in order to ensure recovered product is secured
- Operational Reports: Undertakes timely the submission of daily operational reports in order to ensure management decision making
- Discipline: Undertakes effectively adherence to the security code of conduct in order to ensure there is discipline among security personnel
Minimum Qualifications
- Form IV Certificate
- Certificate in Military Science, Criminology laws or related field.

- Experience in Security Operations Management
- Computer literacy
- Able to write basic reports
- Supervisory skills
- Integrity
- Investigative skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Swahili
Minimum Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
