Job Description

To supervise the provision of Human Resource and Administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient operations of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Management: Supervises effectively utilisation of human resource in order to ensure efficiency in the performance of departmental operations   
  • Training and Development: Supervises effectively the implementation of staff training and development in order to ensure availability of requisite skills for improved job performance
  • Support services: Supervises timely provision of administrative services in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations.
  • Policies: Ensures that the HR and Administration policies are implemented in order to ensure compliance 
  • Staff wellness: Supervises effectively the implementation of staff wellness programmes in order to have a healthy workforce.
  • Performance Management: Undertakes the implementation of performance management systems in order monitor and evaluate performance and develop remedial measures.
  • Supervision: Supervises effectively the utilisation of human, financial and other resources in order to facilitate the achievement of Sectional / Business Unit set objectives.
  • Full Form VI  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Membership to the relevant professional Body
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to write technical and analytical reports
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Swahili
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
