To supervise the provision of Human Resource and Administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient operations of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management: Supervises effectively utilisation of human resource in order to ensure efficiency in the performance of departmental operations
Training and Development: Supervises effectively the implementation of staff training and development in order to ensure availability of requisite skills for improved job performance
Support services: Supervises timely provision of administrative services in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations.
Policies: Ensures that the HR and Administration policies are implemented in order to ensure compliance
Staff wellness: Supervises effectively the implementation of staff wellness programmes in order to have a healthy workforce.
Performance Management: Undertakes the implementation of performance management systems in order monitor and evaluate performance and develop remedial measures.
Supervision: Supervises effectively the utilisation of human, financial and other resources in order to facilitate the achievement of Sectional / Business Unit set objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Full Form VI
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Membership to the relevant professional Body
Preferred Qualifications
Computer literacy
Able to write technical and analytical reports
Leadership skills
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Swahili
