To undertake the provision of ICT shared support and electronic services in order to ensure service availability and Business continuity in the Company.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Systems: Undertakes effectively the installation and deployment of software upgrades for Company systems in order to ensure system stability and availability.
ICT Service Maintenance: Undertakes effectively the maintenance of ICT Services in order to ensure business continuity.
Documentation: Undertakes effectively document support services and their solutions in order to create database knowledge.
Database Management: Undertakes effectively the update and maintenance of databases in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of information.
ICT Security: Supervises and undertakes effectively the provision of ICT Security to ensure corporate data protection against attacks from viruses, cybercrime and other threats
User Training: Supervises and undertakes the training of end users to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in the use of IT resources.
Minimum Qualifications

BSc Computer Science/Information Technology
Membership to the relevant professional Body
